　　11月6-7日，以“新思考、新设计、新构建”为主题的2013中国企业商学院院长（总裁）年度论坛暨颁奖盛典在深圳会展中心隆重举行，图为院长论道中塔塔大学校长Brinda Rani Raju 。

　　Currently working as Director HR & OD in TCS China .People Manager with a Global HR professional qualification & 17 years of competence in Talent Management space , a proven track record of Strategic management gained in a multi-site environment ,a business oriented approach to people management ,a professional pedigree gained across the HR & L & D spectrums in India , Hungary China and the UK.

　　Managed many large IT outsourcing projects for United Utilities, Somerfield, Virgin Atlantic, Bank of America , Diligenta, Nielsen etc involving the TUPE transfer for more than 1,500 people by approaching people transition as a multi-staged process thereby facilitating smooth and successful transition and integration of employees into transferred Organization and mitigating the potential risk of Attrition and Turnover Issues during Knowledge Transfer and Transition phases

　　Apart from PG degree in HR , have 2 globally recognized certifications (GPHR & Professional Development Award in Organizational Behavior- U21 Singapore)Am also certified as Prince2 Foundation professional ( Project Management) from the APM group。
